दिनांक 15.04.2020 रोजी रात्री 03. 45 वा.नायर रुग्णालयात, वॉर्ड क्र. 25 मध्ये covid पॉझिटिव्ह महिला रुग्ण श्रीमती प्रमिला आखाडे वय 29 वर्ष रा ठी. जिजामाता नगर , h blocks, खोली क्रमांक 37 वरळी , मुंबई हिने बाथरूम मध्ये ओढणीने गळफास घेऊन आत्महत्या केली आहे . सदर बाबत ADR No .44/2020 प्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात आली असून अधिक तपास चालू आहे.
